NAVIGATION ACT 2012 - SECT 322

Damaging AMSA vessels or equipment

  (1)   A person must not damage a vessel or equipment owned or operated by AMSA .

Fault - based offence

  (2)   A person commits an offence if the person contravenes subsection   ( 1).

Penalty:   60 penalty units.

Civil penalty

  (3)   A person is liable to a civil penalty if the person contravenes subsection   ( 1).

Civil penalty:   18 0 penalty units.
