NATIONAL BROADBAND NETWORK COMPANIES ACT 2011 - SECT 39

    Sections   9, 17, 18, 19, 19A, 19B, 19D, 19E, 19F, 20, 26, 32, 33 and 34 do not, by implication, limit the conditions that may be declared under section   63 of the Telecommunications Act 1997 .
