NATIONAL BROADBAND NETWORK COMPANIES ACT 2011 - SECT 40

    Sections   9, 17, 18, 19, 19A, 19B, 19D, 19E, 19F, 20, 26, 32, 33 and 34 do not, by implication, limit the rules that may be determined under section   99 of the Telecommunications Act 1997 .
