Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If a copy is given to a person under subsection 258(2) or 259(4) subject to conditions, the person, and any other person who has possession, custody or control of the copy or a copy of it, must comply with the conditions.
Criminal penalty: 30 penalty units.
(2) Subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
