Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Federal Court Chief Executive Officer may, by signed instrument, delegate all or any of the powers of the Federal Court Chief Executive Officer under this Division to any of the following:
(a) the Native Title Registrar;
(b) a Deputy Registrar of the Tribunal;
(c) a member of the staff assisting the Tribunal.
