NATIVE TITLE ACT 1993 - SECT 197

  (1)   The Registrar must, as soon as is practicable:

  (a)   include in the Register details of determinations or decisions covered by subsection   193(1); and

  (b)   update the Register in accordance with subsection   193(4).
