Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe person conducting the mediation may, with the consent of all of the parties present at a conference:
(a) direct that other persons be permitted to attend as observers of the conference; or
(b) if he or she considers it would assist the parties to reach
agreement on any of the matters mentioned in subsection 86A(1) or
(2)--direct that other persons be permitted to participate in the conference.
