NATIONAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING REGULATOR ACT 2011 - SECT 203

Review of reconsideration decision

  (1)   Applications may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of a decision of the National VET Regulator under subsection   201(1A).

Review of decision not made by delegate

  (2)   Applications may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of a reviewable decision if the decision was not made by a delegate of the National VET Regulator.
