OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2006 - SECT 382

  (1)   A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person is given a direction under section   380; and

  (b)   the person engages in conduct; and

  (c)   the person's conduct breaches the direction.

Penalty:   100 penalty units.

  (2)   An offence against subsection   (1) is an offence of strict liability.
