Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a person is liable for a civil penalty under a civil penalty provision of this Act, or of a regulation, because the person has contravened, or breached a requirement of, another provision of this Act, or of another regulation.
(2) For the purposes of this Act, the person is taken to have
contravened the civil penalty provision if the person has contravened, or
breached the requirement, of the other provision.
