Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIn addition to the circumstances set out in subsection 103(4) of the Regulatory Powers Act, and despite subsection 103(3) of that Act, an infringement officer may also give a person a single infringement notice relating to multiple contraventions of a single provision if, under this Act or a regulation, the person:
(a) commits a separate offence in respect of each day during which the offence continues; or
(b) is separately liable for a civil penalty in respect of each
day during which the liability continues.
