Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A mitochondrial donation technique is taken not to be gene technology for the purposes of the Gene Technology Act 2000 when used as authorised or purportedly authorised by a mitochondrial donation licence.
(2) In this section:
"mitochondrial donation licence" includes a purported mitochondrial donation licence.
