STUDENT ASSISTANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 10C

Voluntary ABSTUDY SSL repayments in respect of debts

  (1)   A person may at any time make a payment in respect of a debt that the person owes to the Commonwealth under this Part.

  (2)   The payment must be made to the Commissioner.
