Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) For the purposes of this Act, a document that is identical to a process, order or document in all material respects is taken to be a copy of the process, order or document.
(2) A document that purports to be a copy of a process, order or
document is presumed to be such a copy unless evidence is adduced that raises
real doubt that it is such a copy.
