Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) For the purposes of this Act, each Territory (other than a Territory that, under subsection 7(2), is taken to be part of a State or another Territory) is to be regarded as a State.
(2) For the purposes of the application of this Act in relation
to a Territory (other than the Australian Capital Territory ), the reference
to the Governor of a State in paragraph ( a) of the definition of
tribunal in subsection 3(1) is a reference to the Administrator of the
Territory.
