Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For subsection 145DA(1) of the Code, each civil penalty provision mentioned in Schedule 5A is prescribed.
(2) For subsection 145DB(3) of the Code:
(a) the amount (in penalty units) mentioned for an individual in an item of Schedule 5A is the amount that applies for an alleged contravention by the individual of the provision mentioned in the item in the circumstances (if any) mentioned in the item; and
(b) the amount (in penalty units) mentioned for a corporation in
an item of Schedule 5A is the amount that applies for an alleged
contravention by the corporation of the provision mentioned in the item in the
circumstances (if any) mentioned in the item.
