AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL MARITIME MUSEUM REGULATIONS 2018 - REG 37

  (1)   An appointment:

  (a)   made under subregulation   3 (1) of the old regulations; and

  (b)   in force immediately before the commencement of this section;

has effect, from that commencement, as if it had been made under subsection   13 (1) of this instrument.

  (2)   An identity card:

  (a)   issued under subregulation   3 (2) of the old regulations; and

  (b)   in force immediately before the commencement of this section;

has effect, from that commencement, as if had been issued under subsection   13 (2) of this instrument.
