Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsA notice:
(a) issued by the authority of the Director under the old regulations; and
(b) in force immediately before the commencement of this section;
has effect, from that commencement, as if it had been issued under subsection 22 (1) of this instrument.
