Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A general licence or function licence in respect of premises on an airport must not be granted to an applicant who is not the airport - lessee company for the airport unless the airport - lessee company has consented in writing to the grant.
(2) An airport - lessee company is not entitled to charge a fee for its consent under subregulation (1).
