AIRPORTS (CONTROL OF ON-AIRPORT ACTIVITIES) REGULATIONS 1997 - REG 4AQ

  (1)   The Secretary must issue a licence document to an applicant to whom a licence is granted.

  (2)   The licence document must include at least the following information:

  (a)   a unique identifying number (the licence number );

  (b)   the name of the licensee;

  (c)   the location of the licensed premises on the airport where they are situated;

  (d)   the name (if any) of the licensed premises;

  (e)   a plan or description of the licensed premises;

  (f)   the date of issue of the licence;

  (g)   the licence conditions.
