Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A licence or sub - licence may be suspended or cancelled on the ground that the licensee or sub - licensee has contravened a provision of this Part, or a licence condition, even though the licensee or sub - licensee has been convicted of an offence as a result of the contravention.
(2) A person whose licence or sub - licence has been suspended or cancelled on the ground that the person has contravened a provision of this Part, or a licence condition, may be convicted of an offence as a result of the contravention even though the licence or sub - licence has been cancelled.
