AVIATION TRANSPORT SECURITY REGULATIONS 2005 - REG 8.01

    In this Part:

"AAT Act" means the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 .

"decision" has the same meaning as in the AAT Act.

"Tribunal" means the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
