AVIATION TRANSPORT SECURITY REGULATIONS 2005 - REG 8.03

    Application may be made under the ART Act to the Tribunal for review of a decision of an issuing body:

  (a)   to refuse to issue an ASIC to somebody; or

  (b)   to issue an ASIC subject to a condition; or

  (c)   to cancel an ASIC.
