Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The amendment made by item 1 of Schedule 1 to the Business Names Registration Amendment (Delegation and Notified Register) Regulations 2 018 applies in relation to applications made under subsection 32(3) of the Business Names Registration Act 2011 on or after the commencement of that item.
(2) The amendment made by item 1 of Schedule 1 to the Business Names Registration Amendment (Delegation and Notified Register) Regulations 2 018 does not affect the continuity of any instrument of delegation in force under subsection 80(1) of the Business Names Registration Act 2011 immediately before the commencement of that item.
