Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A foreign air transport operator contravenes this subregulation if, within any 12 month period, the operator uses a particular Australian aircraft to conduct foreign air transport operations on a total number of days that is more than:
(a) 90; or
(b) if the operator holds an approval under regulation 129.020 for this regulation in relation to the aircraft--the number mentioned in the approval for the aircraft.
(2) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subregulation (1).
