Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This Part applies to the performance of functions in connection with providing air traffic services (within the meaning of Annex 11 to the Chicago Convention) in Australian territory.
(2) However, this Part does not apply to a person who is
providing an air traffic service in the course of his or her duties for the
Defence Force.
