Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsFor subsection 1433(3) of the Act, a person who is a member of a class of persons identified in an item in Schedule 11 is not covered by section 1433 of the Act:
(a) if a period is mentioned in the item--during that period; or
(b) if there is no period mentioned in the item--while the person remains a member of that class of persons.
