Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A restructuring plan must be accompanied by a restructuring proposal statement.
(2) The restructuring proposal statement must:
(a) include a schedule of debts and claims; and
(b) be in the form approved under regulation 5.3B.65 (if any); and
(c) contain such information as the form requires.
