Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For subsection 1013K(2) of the Act, the period for which a person must keep a consent or a copy of a consent is 7 years from the date of the consent.
(2) The copy of the consent may be kept:
(a) in its physical form; or
(b) in an electronic form that is capable of being reproduced in physical form.
