FAMILY LAW REGULATIONS 1984 - REG 51

Certain requests to be made only with leave of court

    Notwithstanding any other provision of these Regulations, in order to prevent proceedings under this Part from being unduly protracted a respondent must not seek, without leave of the court:

  (a)   a request for answers to specific questions; or

  (b)   a request to make discovery of documents; or

  (c)   a notice to produce documents; or

  (d)   a notice to admit facts or documents.
