HEALTH INSURANCE REGULATIONS 2018 - REG 66

Meaning of eligible midwife --requirements

    For the purposes of paragraph   21(1)(b) of the Act, the requirement for a person to be an eligible midwife is that the person is endorsed by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
