Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For the purposes of subsection 36(5) of the Act, the Secretary may waive a payable amount for a chargeable service if the Secretary considers it appropriate to do so in all the circumstances.
(2) The Secretary may do so on the Secretary's own initiative or on written application by a person.
