Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) An authorised officer may direct a person who is carrying an article that appears to the authorised officer to be a prohibited article to submit the article for inspection.
(2) An authorised officer may direct a person who is carrying an article that appears to the authorised officer to be a prohibited article to leave the article in an area designated for prohibited articles.
