NATIONAL PORTRAIT GALLERY OF AUSTRALIA REGULATIONS 2023 - REG 18

Directions by authorised officers--offence

    A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person is on Gallery land or in a Gallery building; and

  (b)   an authorised officer directs the person on a matter for which the authorised officer may give a direction; and

  (c)   the person does not comply with the direction.

Penalty:   5 penalty units.
