OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE (RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION) REGULATIONS 2011 - REG 3.01

    This Part applies to the following titleholders:

  (a)   a petroleum exploration permittee;

  (b)   a petroleum retention lessee;

  (c)   a petroleum production licensee;

  (d)   a greenhouse gas assessment permittee;

  (e)   a greenhouse gas holding lessee.
