Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) Subject to regulation 5.12, a titleholder must submit to the Regulator a proposed revision of the well operations management plan that is in force for a well in the title area if the Regulator notifies the titleholder under this regulation that the titleholder is required to do so.
(2) The notice must be in writing and must set out the following:
(a) the matters to be addressed by the revision;
(b) the reasons for requiring the revision;
(c) the proposed date by which the titleholder must submit the revision;
(d) the effect of regulation 5.12.
