OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE (RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION) REGULATIONS 2011 - REG 9.05

    A greenhouse gas titleholder commits an offence if the titleholder:

  (a)   undertakes an operation in an offshore area; and

  (b)   collects a core, cutting or sample relating to the operation; and

  (c)   does not retain the core, cutting or sample.

Penalty:   30 penalty units.
