Schedule 2 heading.......... | ed C11 |
In preparing this compilation for registration, the following kinds of editorial change(s) were made under the Legislation Act 2003.
Paragraph 4.22(1)(c) of Schedule 1
Kind of editorial change
Changes to grammar, syntax or the use of conjunctives or disjunctives
Details of editorial change
Schedule 1 item 129 of the Sport Integrity Australia Amendment (World Anti -Doping Code Review) Regulations 2020 instructs to omit "support person" and substitute ", support person or non-participant". After the amendment is applied, paragraph 4.22(1)(c) appears as follows:
"the athlete or, support person or non-participant to whom the information relates has consented to the publication."
This compilation was editorially changed to omit the word "or" after "athlete" to correct the grammatical error.
