Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A person in whose name a biological is included in the Register under Part 3 - 2A of the Act may apply for the biological to be assigned a different biological number.
(a) must be made in writing to the Secretary and delivered to an office of the Department; and
(b) must have with it written information in sufficient detail to allow the application to be properly considered.
(3) The Secretary may assign to the biological a biological
number that is not assigned to another biological.
