THERAPEUTIC GOODS REGULATIONS 1990 - REG 10JH
Manufacture of therapeutic goods containing mercury - added products
For the purposes of subsection 9K(3) of the Act, the
manufacture in Australia of therapeutic goods that contain mercury - added
products is prohibited.
