THERAPEUTIC GOODS REGULATIONS 1990 - REG 16E
Applications for variations--effect of failure to decide applications within specified period
The failure to decide, within the period specified in
subregulation 16D(3), an application to which regulation 16D
applies does not make the Commonwealth, the Secretary or a delegate of the
Secretary liable to a person for loss, damage or injury, of any kind, that is
caused by or arises out of the failure.
