THERAPEUTIC GOODS REGULATIONS 1990 - REG 41I

    A quorum exists at a committee meeting when:

  (a)   at least half of the members are present; or

  (b)   at least half of the members who have been directed to hold the meeting under subregulation   41G(1) are present.
