Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) An appointed member must be appointed in writing by the Minister.
(2) The term of an appointment of an appointed member is as specified in the instrument of appointment but must not be longer than 3 years.
(3) An appointed member must not be appointed for more than 3
consecutive terms.
