Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) If the Secretary decides to amend the current Poisons Standard in the manner set out in the application, the Secretary may make a final decision without making an interim decision.
(2) The Secretary must comply with regulation 42ZCZX after making the final decision.
