Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsIf the Secretary makes an interim decision on the application, the Secretary may make a final decision on the application by confirming, varying or setting aside the interim decision only:
(a) after considering any submission provided by the applicant within the time specified in the notice under paragraph 42ZCZV(b); or
(b) if no submission is received from the applicant within that time.
