AFFIRMATIVE ACTION (EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR WOMEN) ACT 1986 No. 91 of 1986 - SECT 11

11. (1) The Director shall exercise the powers, and perform the functions, of
the Director in accordance with general instructions given by the Minister in
writing.

(2) Where the Minister gives a direction under sub-section (1), the Minister
shall cause a copy of the direction to be laid before each House of the
Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the direction is given.
