AFFIRMATIVE ACTION (EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR WOMEN) ACT 1986 No. 91 of 1986 - SECT 12

12. (1) The Director shall, as soon as practicable, and in any event within 6
months, after each 31 May, submit to the Minister a report on the operations
of the Director during the year that ended on that 31 May.

(2) The Director may, from time to time, submit to the Minister-

   (a)  a report on the operations of the Director during the period to which
        the report relates; or

   (b)  a report in respect of any matter relating to, or connected with, the
        exercise of the powers, or the performance of the functions, of the
        Director under this Act.

(3) Where a report has been submitted to the Minister under sub-section (1) or
(2), the Minister shall cause a copy of the report to be laid before each
House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the day on
which the Minister receives the report.
