AFFIRMATIVE ACTION (EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR WOMEN) ACT 1986 No. 91 of 1986 - SECT 14
Confidential reports
14. (1) Subject to sub-section (3), where a relevant employer lodges a
public report under sub-section 13 (2), the employer shall, at the same time,
lodge with the Director a separate confidential report in accordance with
sub-section (2).
(2) A confidential report of a relevant employer shall provide a detailed
analysis of the processes undertaken by the employer-
(a) in the case of the employer's first report-initially to develop and
implement the employer's affirmative action program; and
(b) in any other case-further to develop and implement the program.
(3) Where a relevant employer has, in the employer's public report, provided a
detailed analysis as described in sub-section (2), the employer need not lodge
a separate confidential report under sub-section (1).
