AFFIRMATIVE ACTION (EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR WOMEN) ACT 1986 No. 91 of 1986 - SECT 13

Public reports
13. (1) A relevant employer shall prepare a public report-

   (a)  in the case of the employer's first report-on the initial development
        and implementation of the employer's affirmative action program during
        the period of 12 months commencing on the operative day in respect of
        the relevant employer; and

   (b)  in any other case-on the further development and implementation of the
        employer's affirmative action program during each period of 12 months
        commencing on the anniversary of the operative day in respect of the
        relevant employer.

(2) A relevant employer shall lodge a public report with the Director within 3
months after the end of the period to which the report relates.

(3) A public report under sub-section (1) shall provide-

   (a)  statistics and related information concerning employment by the
        relevant employer, including the number of employees of either sex and
        the types of jobs undertaken by, or job classifications of, employees
        of either sex; and

   (b)  an outline of the processes undertaken by the relevant employer-

        (i)    in the case of the employer's first report-initially to develop
               and implement the employer's affirmative action program; and

        (ii)   in any other case-further to develop and implement the program.
