AFFIRMATIVE ACTION (EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR WOMEN) ACT 1986 No. 91 of 1986 - SECT 20

Appointment of Director

20. (1) The Director shall be appointed by the Governor-General.

(2) A person who has attained the age of 65 years shall not be appointed as
the Director, and a person shall not be appointed as the Director for a period
that extends beyond the day on which the person will attain the age of 65
years.
